You are invited to make a contribution to the 22ⁿᵈ Meeting of the Society for Natural Immunity conference.
The Conference Committee will select submitted abstracts to form a balanced program that we hope will excite and engage all those attending the conference.

Submission
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Presenters must submit an abstract of no more than 250 words (excluding the title). Upon acceptance, posters should be prepared in A0 format (1189 x 841 mm) and brought to the Conference for display. Attendance at the designated poster session is mandatory for all poster presenters.
If you need to make changes to your abstract, please note that you may submit document and details as many times as you wish until the deadline. The version considered valid will be the last one you submit; any previous versions will be automatically voided.
POSTER DISPLAY and Oral Presentation
Abstracts may be submitted under any of the categories outlined below, and authors may indicate their preference for either an oral or poster presentation. Each individual may submit only one abstract for an oral presentation, but additional submission for a poster presentation is permitted.
Tik talk
All poster and oral Presenters are invited to submit a short vertical video (maximum 40 seconds) briefly presenting their research and conference contribution. The video is not related to TikTok or any other social media platform and will be used exclusively within the context of the Conference.
You may upload the video as many times as needed: the version considered valid will be the last one submitted and all previous versions will be automatically voided. All “Tik Talk” videos will be published on the Conference website ahead of the event, allowing attendees to preview them and generate interest in the upcoming poster session.

Abstract Guidelines
Please read through the below guidelines before submitting your abstract.
01What are the abstract selection criteria?
Want to make sure your abstract is accepted? The Scientific Committee will be looking for submissions that:
- are relevant to the theme of the conference
- are relevant to current issues/challenges
- have fresh/new scientific content, and data for specific topics
- are relevant to an audience
- are engaging for an audience and
- have a clear take-home benefit for delegates
Based on these criteria and the number of submissions to the Conference, oral abstracts may be accepted as a poster or be rejected at the Conference Scientific Committee's discretion.
02What are the step in the submission process?
During the submission process, you will be asked for the below information. Please ensure you have all required items to complete your abstract submission.

03What are the abstract content guidelines?
To assist the Scientific Committee in deciding if your abstract is selected for the final conference program, please adhere to the following guidelines:
The submitting presenter must ensure that all co-presenters have read and approved the title, summary, presenter names and affiliations.
The abstract content must be no more than 250 words in length.
ABSTRACT TITLE
Do NOT capitalize all letters in the title of the abstract. Capitalise the first letter of all major words in the title as well as prepositions, articles and conjunctions of four letters or more.
AUTHORS AND AFFILIATIONS
Please list the complete first name, middle initials (optional), last name and institutional affiliation, as it should be listed in the conference publication if selected for presentation.

04How to make changes to your abstract
If you need to make changes to your abstract, please note that you may submit document and details as many times as you wish until the deadline. The version considered valid will be the last one you submit; any previous versions will be automatically voided.
05How do I receive the acceptance notification?
People who have submitted abstracts will be notified of acceptance or otherwise via email within 27th February 2026
The decision of abstract acceptance is at the discretion of the Scientific Committee.
06Will I have to register for the conference?
Presenting author’s registration to the Congress is mandatory. It must be completed and paid for prior to the close of Early bird registration
If you are not registered by the due date, your presentation may be withdrawn from the program.
07Will my presentation be published?
Abstracts will be published on the NK2026 conference website during and after the event. Photos, audio, and/ or video recordings captured throughout the conference may be shared with registered delegates. If you do not consent to this but still wish to submit an abstract, please notify the Conference Managers at: congress@nk2026.com
08TikTalk Video
It is required to upload a video presentation of your scientific work.
You may upload the video as many times as needed: the version considered valid will be the last one submitted, and all previous versions will be automatically voided.
This video is not related to TikTok or any other social media platform. All content will be managed exclusively by the congress organizers and will be published only on the official congress website. At the conclusion of the congress, all produced materials will be permanently deleted.
