Mary Carrington
Dr. Carrington is currently the Director of the Basic Sciences Program, Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research. She is also a Principal Investigator within the Laboratory of Integrative Cancer Immunology at the National Cancer Institute, a Visiting Professor at Harvard University, and a Steering Committee Member of the Ragon Institute of MGH, MIT, and Harvard. The main goal of her laboratory is to understand the genetic basis for resistance or susceptibility to human disease conferred by polymorphic immune response loci and to determine the functional basis for the genetic associations using molecular and cellular biological approaches.
