01Registration Process
You can register for NK2026 by selecting one of the available tickets and clicking "Reserve your seat." This will take you to the organizing office's online registration system. Here, you can complete your congress registration yourself.
Once you've completed your registration, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, it means your email address was entered incorrectly or your registration is incomplete. In this case, please contact the organizing office and do not register again.
If you wish to make changes to your registration type after you've registered, please email the details to the organizing office. Do not re-register.
02Group Managers
If you are a group leader responsible for organizing delegate registrations within your organization, please contact the organizing office for detailed registration instructions.
03Making payment
The payment options available for your registration are:

A tax invoice will be provided to all registrants upon registration.

04Registration Assistence
The Conference Organizers (the Conference Organizing Committee and the organizing office) are committed to ensuring a smooth registration process. 05Payment terms
After completing online registration, you will be given the option to pay securely by credit card or PayPal.
Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received in full. If you register during a discounted or early bird rate period, you must make payment before the end of the discounted period, otherwise the next pricing level will apply.
06Registration Cancellation Policy
If your circumstances change and you are unable to attend the conference, you must contact the organizing office by email no later than 35 days before the conference start. A €100.00 cancellation fee will be applied to cover administrative costs incurred in connection with your registration. Cancellations made less than 35 days before the conference start date will not be refunded.
Cancellations within 35 days of the conference start date: full refund minus a €100 cancellation fee.
From 0 to 35 days before the conference start date: no refund. A free replacement with another delegate is possible.
07Delegate Substitution
If you are unable to attend the conference, you can substitute your registration with a colleague or friend who is not registered by emailing the organizing office. Any refunds for registration fees and additional costs must be requested directly from the new participant.
08Refund processing
The organizing office will refund any fees paid due to changes to registration and/or associated requirements, taking into account the applicable cancellation policy, within 30 days after the end of the congress.
All credit card fees payable at registration are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed exclusively to the credit card or bank account of the person, organization, or institution from which the payment was received.
09Conference Cancellation or postponement
The conference organizers assume no liability for cancellation or postponement of an event due to force majeure, government regulations, fires, war, terrorist activity, or civil unrest.
If the conference organizers decide to reschedule the conference, all registrations and additional items will automatically be transferred to the new conference dates.
If the conference organizers decide to cancel the event, liability will be limited to the refund of registration fees, subject to applicable rates and conditions. The conference will not reimburse travel expenses associated with the cancellation of the event. Prepayments for accommodations will be refunded according to the hotel's terms and conditions.
10Insurance
Delegates are strongly advised to take out adequate travel and health insurance. Registration fees do not include such coverage. The conference organizers and the organizing office, as managing agents, assume no responsibility for cancellations, loss, inconvenience, or theft/damage to personal belongings.
11Program Alterations
All best endeavours will be made to present the program as published on the conference website. The Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the conference for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused because of such alteration.
12Photography and recording
By registering, participants acknowledge and agree that, during their participation in the conference, their image or voice may be recorded via video, photography, or any other means ("recording") by a conference official, and may be distributed or published at the discretion of the Conference Organizers. If you do not wish to be recorded, you must formally notify the organizing office in advance by email.
